Bay Photo

Order Desk can submit your print on demand orders to  Bay Photo. Order Desk can also listen pull the tracking numbers for your shipments from Bay Photo.

Setup and Configuration

On the Order Desk setup page, enter your provided API Key, Account ID, and Account Zip. Once connected, you'll want to give the provided notification URL to your Bay Photo sales rep so that they can send tracking details about the orders to Order Desk. If you've received an ID to enter in the Return Shipping ID field for customized shipping labels, please do so. This can also be set on a per-order level.

Sending Custom Order Data To Bay Photo

If you'd like to send custom data about the order to Bay Photo, you can set the following checkout data field:

ReturnShippingID If you'd like to set the return shipping id on a per-order level, set that here

All orders will be submitted with the drop ship value set to true to remove branding and the pickup value set to false. Please be aware that Bay Photo will accept the same order twice so be careful that it only gets submitted once.

Sending Custom Item Data To Bay Photo

Please see the  On-Demand Print Fulfillment Instructions for details on how to configure your items. Bay Photo allows you to set some custom data no the order items.
Field Name Field Description
print_sku Internal Bay Photo product SKU (integer)
print_services If you have any Bay Photo-provided service ID's to perform on the order, please enter these ID's separated by a comma
print_url_x The publicly available URL from which your artwork can be downloaded. Only used for DigitalPrint.
print_location_x This is the Node UID for the location of this print. In most cases it is 1. If you do not include it, 1 will be used.
crop_height_x Height percentage, 100 by default if not included
crop_width_x Width percentage, 100 by default if not included
crop_x_x Crop location vertically, 50 is center and will be used if not included. The second x should be 1, 2, 3 etc. to number which print should be affected.
crop_y_x Crop location horizontally, 50 is center and will be used if not included. The x should be 1, 2, 3 etc. to number which print should be affected.
degrees_rotated_x The degrees that the original artwork should be rotated. 0 will be used if nothing is entered.
