Troupe Jewelry Integration
IN THIS GUIDE
Order Desk can submit your print on demand orders to Troupe Jewelry. When Troupe Jewelry fulfills your orders, the shipment info will be pulled back into Order Desk automatically and sent back to the original shopping cart, if your store is set up for this.
This guide explains how to set up and begin using the Troupe Jewelry integration.
To connect to your Troupe Jewelry account, click on Manage Integrations in the left sidebar. Under the Print on Demand tab, look for and enable the Troupe Jewelry ntegration
Alternatively, search for Troupe Jewelry in the available integrations search.
Once enabled, enter your Troupe Jewelry API Key and Secret then click to connect.
Once connected, you can set your preferences for this integration in the integration settings.
After Import, Move To
Choose the folder where orders should be moved to after they are successfully sent to Troupe Jewelry.
You can choose the default Prepared folder for this, or create your own folders in your Store Settings. Read the Working with Folders guide for more information.
After Shipment, Move To
Choose the folder where orders should be moved to as Troupe Jewelry sends tracking details back.
This URL allows Troupe Jewelry to send tracking details back to Order Desk as they ship your orders. Please copy this URL and give it to Troupe Jewelry to apply to your account. Let them know you are using Order Desk so they know what kind of shipment notifications to send.
Set your default return address for Troupe Jewelry to use on your order shipments.
If you need to customize the return address for certain orders, you can save different return addresses to your Store Settings and then use a rule to set the return address to specific orders. If a return address is not added to the order, the default address set here in the Troupe Jewelry settings will be used.

Sending Orders to Troupe Jewelry
Getting your orders ready to send to Troupe Jewelry takes some setup time. For detailed instructions on how to use Order Desk with your print on demand orders, please take a few moments to read through the Print on Demand Fulfillment guide.
Troupe Jewelry Limitations
Orders with more than 20 line items will fail to submit due to an order limit that Troupe Jewelry has. Contact Troupe Jewelry if you need to have this limit raised.
Troupe Jewelry does not store the Order ID so an order can be submitted more than once. Please be mindful of this so as not to have a single order fulfilled multiple times. Because of this, Order Desk will not automatically retry failed orders. If an order times out, please check with Troupe Jewelry to make sure it wasn't placed before you attempt to submit it again.
Preparing Your Orders
The following details can be submitted for an order as either checkout data or order metadata.

Preparing Your Items
The following fields can be set as variations or item metadata for each order item. Replace "x" with a value specified in the table.

|print_sku|| The Design ID field. Uses values like indigocoin.
|print_url||URL of the artwork file.|
|Required field set to something like "silver" or "gold". Entry will be changed to lowercase to ensure it is passed properly.|
|print_addition|| Required field referring to the bracelet/necklace that is paired with the charm. Options are: chain16, chain30, slimboxchain16, slimboxchain30, aurora, newb, matteonyx, box chain, cord, or leather.
